Filter by Label You can now filter and view only the generic elements, samples, or reactions associated with a specific label, making data retrieval more efficient. New Label Type: Review We have introduced a new label type called Review. This label is designed to mark submissions that need to be highlighted for reviewers, ensuring that critical items are easily identifiable. Data Transfer Improvements: Streaming Data Transfer We have enhanced the data transfer process from the Chemotion Repository to Chemotion ELN, introducing streaming data transfer for faster and more reliable performance. • Introducing the Embargo Overview Feature: Improving Clarity and Collaboration
We are pleased to introduce a new feature to our platform: the Embargo Overview feature. With this latest addition, both submitters and reviewers will gain clarity and insight into the status of embargoes associated with reactions and samples. What does the Embargo Overview feature do? 1. Clear status updates: Users can now easily track the status of embargoes, including how many reactions or samples are "accepted", "pending", or "reviewed". This overview ensures that all stakeholders are on the same page, facilitating smoother communication and decision-making. 2. Commenting functionality: In addition to tracking the status of embargoes, users now have the ability to comment directly on the embargo interface. This allows submitters and reviewers to share valuable insights, feedback, or clarifications, thereby enhancing collaboration and streamlining the review process. We believe this new feature will greatly improve the user experience and increase the efficiency of embargo management. Thank you for your continued support as we strive to innovate and improve our platform to meet the evolving needs of our community. Best regards, The Chemotion Repository Team

  • Change of procedure: add authors to your submission
For new submissions: please ensure that you add yourself as author and not only as contributor which is set as default. The change of the procedure applies to the tab to initialize the publication and review process. We introduced this procedure to ensure that one is able to add data on behalf of others. A requirement for a listing as author is the registration in the chemotion repository. If you use this function, please take care that all authors agreed to be mentioned.
